How do I order?
You can place your order online or use our in-store touchscreen tablets.
How do I pickup my order?
Come to South Loop Food Company and follow the signs! Our pickup station is located inside the main entrance.
Do you have delivery?
We’re working on offering delivery to Chicago. Meanwhile, our restaurants are available for delivery on all major delivery apps (UberEATS, Grubhub, Doordash, etc.)
Can I order from more than one restaurant?
If you would like to order from more than one restaurant, please start a new order. Currently, we are not able to process multiple restaurants on one bill.
What if I have allergies?
Please specify any allergies under the “Notes” section. Our restaurant partners are all individually owned and operated, so unfortunately we can’t 100% guarantee that your food will be allergen-free.
Do you have seating?
Our food hall is takeout & delivery only, so we don’t offer indoor dine-in seating.
